Customers kept asking for a nice, quiet machine with a rotary pump that did not have to be plumbed in. We went one better. Meet Alex. Alex does not have to be plumbed in, but if you want to plumb it in, it's as simply as connecting the water line and flipping a lever. Alex sports a lever-action E61 group with built-in pre-infusion; high-grade 304 stainless steel construction including the frame; dual manometers; large-capacity drip tray with optional drain; swivel steam and hot water arms; large, 2 liter horizontal copper boiler, and much more.
