Valentina is a very unique espresso machine. It sports exceptional craftsmanship with its gentle curves and highly polished surfaces. Under the hood as well, this machine again boasts of quality, from the extra-heavy wiring and neat assembly to its commercial-grade Sirai pressure stat. We have had a long standing relationship with Grimac Royal Falcon which dates back to 1989.
