Quick Mill Alexia Dual Control PID Kit

MLG Properties LLC has assembled this Dual Control PID kit for us for easy installation on the Alexia by Quick Mill. The Alexia is a single boiler espresso machine that has a two position switch for controlling temperature. In the coffee position the PID controls the the temperature of your brew water. This gives you precise temperature when making coffee. When the switch is in the steam position the temperature is also controlled by the PID giving you more steam and much faster recovery in comparison to when the temperature is controlled by a slow reacting thermostat.
