The Mythos Grinder consists of micrometric adjustments and numerous electronic functions to make grinding easier. This coffee grinder features a delayed time setting and the ability to manually add ground coffee. Whether you are opening your first coffee stand or have been in the business for years, the Nuova Simonelli Mythos series will fit all of the needs of your cafe. It’s suitable for coffee shops, restaurants and other high volume locations. You can adjust the dial in small intervals, which allows for the most precise grind settings and it’s portafilter holder provides hands-free grinding. This grinder allows you to adjust the temp. of the grinding chamber between 30 and 33 degrees celsius. It's a dual heating and cooling system that keeps the temperature optimal.

Technical Notes

  • Pick your Grinder - Start with the Mythos Basic, or upgrade to the Mythos Plus for a built-in stabilized tamping lever or the Clima Pro for titanium burrs and temperature controls.
  • Programmable - Program up to 3 timed doses, or grind on demand.
  • High-traffic Shop - With a 7 pound hopper and extremely quick grinding, the Mythos is an excellent choice for busy shops.
  • Stepless - The stepless grind adjust lets you dial-in your espresso to exact specs.
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Latham, NY. Orders may take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be fully processed and shipped out. We use USPS or UPS as our preferred carriers. Orders over $50 are eligible for FREE shipping within the contiguous U.S., and we reserve the right to select which carrier to use based on cost and speed in which the package will arrive to the final destination. Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery. If however, you would like to waive this additional insurance, please fill out the form here and by doing so you agree to the terms and conditions contained within. Please save all packaging for any future reasons for shipping including returns, exchanges, and repairs. All exchanges & returns must be recieved within 30 days of the ship date.
