Precision & Real-Time Feedback

The Acaia Lunar boasts a sensitivity of up to 0.1 g and an optional resolution of 0.01 g, making it precise enough to detect even the slightest weight changes due to evaporation or temperature shifts. The addition of a real-time Flow-Rate Indicator, unique to the 2021 model, allows you to monitor extraction flow rates between 0.1 g and 3.4 g per second. This feature is indispensable for dialing in espresso, helping you achieve optimal brewing consistency shot after shot.
